Promptly

Privacy policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

Promptly is run from Ireland. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you ask for the free guide, we keep your first name, your email address, whether you ticked the box to get tips by email, and the date you signed up.

When you buy the course or join the Club, Stripe handles your payment. We see your name, email address and what you bought. We never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it

We use your email to send you the guide and, if you bought something, to give you access to the course. If you ticked the box, we also send you tips and news about the course. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the signup list and sends our emails. Stripe handles payments. PostHog (EU) provides our website analytics. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're on our list or have access to the course. If you ask us to delete them, we will do so within 30 days, except where Irish law says we must keep payment records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@promptlyacademy.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use cookies, and doesn't store anything on your device to track you.

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how people use the site: which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked and how far people scroll. It works without cookies, and anything typed into forms is hidden from it. We use this only to improve the site.
