These terms apply when you buy the Promptly course or join the Promptly Club at promptlyacademy.com. Promptly is run by Mahmoud Almahroum, a sole trader based in Ireland. You can contact us at hello@promptlyacademy.com.

What you get

The full course (€39, one payment; €29 launch price until 31 October 2026): access to all nine video lessons and their printable prompt cards, for as long as Promptly runs the course.

Promptly Club (€10 a month): everything in the full course, a new lesson each week, and answers to your questions by email. Your membership renews each month until you cancel.

Prices are in euro. Promptly is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Instant access and your right to cancel

Under EU law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because the lessons are digital and you can watch them straight away, at checkout we ask you to agree to start immediately. Once you've opened the lessons, that 14-day right no longer applies.

You don't lose out, because our own promise is better.

30-day money-back promise

If the course isn't for you, email hello@promptlyacademy.com within 30 days of paying and we'll refund every cent. No questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Cancelling the Club

You can cancel at any time on your membership page. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Using the course

Your access is for you and your business. Please don't share your personal link, or copy or republish the videos or prompt cards. If you'd like access for a group, staff or members, email us about a group licence.

About the advice in the course

Promptly teaches you how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. These tools change often, and they can make mistakes. Nothing in the course is legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Always check important facts with Revenue, Citizens Information or a qualified professional.

ChatGPT is a product of OpenAI and Claude is a product of Anthropic. Promptly is not connected to either company.

If something goes wrong

If you can't access your lessons or something isn't working, email us and we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Irish consumer law.
